St. Sulpice has several masses on Sunday, but the one at 10:30 is the one with music.

When I attended mass at Notre Dame, they hand out a sheet that has the Gospel for the day in various languages. That helped a lot since that is the only part of the Mass that changes every day. The rest of the mass is in the same order no matter which country you're in (in general), so I just follow along and say the prayers, in my head or very quietly, in English.
St. Mark's Basilica in Venice also hands out little booklets with the day's Gospel in various languages.
I enjoy going to mass in various cities that I visit. It adds to the cultural experience.
