You can check http://www.vacationinparis.com/. I have not used them personally but they have a large listing to search through, and some offer A/C.

Check the Paris apartment thread: http://www.fodors.com/community/euro...ent-thread.cfm
If your trip is this summer, you may find your choices are limited. Call vacation in paris and see if they have anything available.

I don't understand why you are limiting yourself to arr. 1 and 2 on the right Bank, I think that's a mistake given there aren't that many with AC to begin with (2BR), and at that price. Also, you don't say when you are going and rates vary by time of the year.
well, this one is in the 3rd, so it's not far but it is over $2000 a month a bit (1850 euro a week at lowest)

I think your budget it a little low for that. That is only around 1600 euro or about 225 euro a night. For a 2 BR with AC, that's not much. This guy has several, but they are on Ile de la Cite, which is the 4th arr, so maybe you don't want that, either. I think the cheapest is the one on Quai des Fleurs at 1800 euro a week. http://www.paris-flats.com/aparts.html
I think there are some websites where you can put in AC in the search box. I've used www.lodgis.fr (rented from the website) and you can search by lots of stuff on their website, it's very convenience. However, it is a French agency who handles the rental and you are renting direclty from the owner (the agency does the paperwork and booking, and can provide insurance), so that might not be for you if you want more personal attention. However, they do have lots of apts.
I don't think there is any Parisperfect apt. in that price range, except in winter which obviously isn't when you are going if you want AC. I think the cheapest which might be close to your budget doesn't say it has AC (Riesling), so since the others do say when they have it, I would guess it does not. They are cheaper in August than June-July.
