Paris Apartment Suggestion

We will be traveling to Paris in 2011 with another couple who has never been. I know I am planning early but I would like some suggestions on apartments to rent. Here are my requriements:
1. 2 bedrooms
2. balcony
3. Elevator - if possible
4. Any Area

All suggestions are welcomed, I have rented from Vacations in Paris but would welcome suggestions on other companies

Here's one rented successfully by Fodorite AnselmAdorne: http://www.holiday-rentals.co.uk/Fra...ris/p66709.htm

It can also be found on www.homeaway.com. I made a note of it when reading his wonderful trip report. You can search his name to find the report.

And here are three others (I have not stayed in them, just noted them for future reference):

Two bedroom, terrace, overlooking Pompidou Centre

2-bdrm, 2-bath, terrace, Ile de la Cite

2-bedroom, 2 bath, in the 5th opposite Notre Dame, terrace,

Good luck looking. It's never too early to start.

In June of 2010 ,we are renting this:
http://www.parisvacationapartments.c...r2bedroom.html

They've been incredibly helpful with arrangements and pricing is in dollars. The Paris intro materials they e-mail to you are fantastic. I've been to Paris before and enjoyed the Montmartre neighborhood immensely. Caveat -- we have not yet stayed here, so can't give an experience review yet.

I forgot all about the balconies on the parisvacationapartments in Montmartre. I can attest to their being a great agency--we rented the three bedroom Palais Royal and everything was perfect. (It has a terrace and a narrow long balcony, so if you find you need a three-bedroom, I'd recommend it.)

Also, I think Paris Perfect has two-bedroom apartments with balconies as well.
