One more possiblity to add...it has tons of space, but I am not sure if the location near Trocadero is too far out.

I like the 270 euro option. Good location, looks nice and it has internet and washer and dryer on site, so it's a good choice. Plus, you won't have to move any chairs out of the way when you pull out the sleeper/sofa.

I love the 389 euro one, it also is lovely and in a great place, but I'm not sure if the 120 diff is worth the cost.

Your last option near Trocardero looks nice, but I think the price is too much and it does look too far away too.

I just wanted to mention that we rented from ParisianFlat.com last March and were very happy with them. We rented the apt. on Rue de Villersexel as there was 6 of us. They were helpful answering all our questions beforehand and we did have a problem with the dishwasher and I called them that morning and they came out later in the day while we were out and fixed it.

Are you sure the rue Vaneau is 270 Euro or 220 Euro per night - it says the latter on the web page. I'd certainly go with that one or the Breteuil apt. Hard to go wrong with these choices.

Thanks for all your replies.
We've narrowed it down to the Breteuil apartment. The location and the 2 balconies won us over, although it is small. Also, the woman I spoke with on the phone was very nice and friendly.

The parispiedaterre one seemed too pricey. As for the Vaneau apt, they were charging us more because of the short stay.

I have already told myself that for next year's trip to Paris I will book and apt. more than 2.5 weeks in advance!
