Your post title isn't very descriptive. I think you need to re-post asking for help with a specific apartment rental.

It looks nice and the area is good. One red flag for me, why no photos of the bathroom on the TA site? It may be just fine but I can't help wondering why no photos.

Actually, the expanded description does describe the bathroom, and it sounds pretty good.

What would make me question the place is the non-description of what floor it is on and if it has an elevator or not. It does say there is no "elder access", which to me would indicate there are a lot of stairs involved. It is also in the 7th, which is OK, but sort of dull.

I note that the price is not listed, and that there are no reviews. I would never rent a place without reading a large number of positive reviews.

I replied under you other post. The apt is on the top floor. There is an elevator. I think there were 3 steps up to the lobby. It is right across from the Bramley Museum. Very upscale neighborhood, quiet, and safe.

I use [email protected] aka Pascal Zytomirki. Considerably cheaper than the big Paris apartment brokers. Highly recommend.

This past summer we stayed about a block away in an apartment managed by the same individual (Pascal) and loved the location, had good service from Pascal. Note that it is not very spacious - did not see the square footage quoted, but the photos tell the tale and the second bedroom is so small that one must close the daybed in order to get to the closet!
