Thanks for posting this, cigalechanta. It's interesting to see another side of Paris. Is it my imagination, or did he act in Amelie?

Johanna, yes he was and has acted in several film but he's most noted as a director. In 1995 at the age of 28 he dirested La Haine and it was the winner in Cannes. It starred
Vincent Cassel(be still my heart!!)

Nope, sorry.

The MTV fast-cuts are distracting. I like to see an image long enough to absorb everything that's going on in it, and this director is as annoying as the producers of commercials that use the fast cuts and hand-held camera work.
