How wonderful for your first trip, ten days in Paris! You have a lot of things listed, but because you’ll be there quite a while, wing some of it.
Our first trip to Paris in 1999, the Metro was on strike, the museums were on strike, and it was raining. Best trip ever.
The next time we did three museums in as many days and it was flat.
You never know what will work out, so just go with the flow. And stop and have coffee, a pastry, a picnic.
BTW, if you don’t have the museum pass on the day you’re going to the Musee d’Orsay, the guy at the kiosk on the steps just below the ticket lines sells the museum tickets. At least he still did a few years ago. And you can bypass the lines.

Totally agree that Paris Walks and a concert at Ste. Chapelle are fabulous ideas. We’ve taken several Paris Walks, including the Chocolate Tour, which was great! Depending on the area, you may be doing some hill walking (Montmartre) - just saying so in case your mom needs to know.
