Otel.com -any past users?

I am thinking of using Otel.com to book a room in Luzern. Has anyone used this company recently? Their prices are far lower than other sites, I'm just wondering if they are reputable. Thanks

I'm also interested as they have some good prices for an upcoming trip to Spain.

I have only used them once to book a hotel in Brno. When I searched online they quoted the best rate for the Grand Hotel. I wanted that hotel as we were meeting other people who had alreday booked in there. Our rate was cheaper that any of the others in our group and I was the only one to book trough otel.
I had no problems at all and the hotel was good in a great location.
Don't forget to print off your voucher with you, it is generated when you book.

I'd be a bit worried about a website that lists a Paris hotel (Terminus Nord) near the Gare de Nord as being on the Ile de la Cite...
