Orly to Marais - Transportation

What is a relavively cheap and convinent way to get from Orly to a hotel in the Marais district in Paris? We (2) will be arriving around noon on a Thursday. I am thinking taxis would be expensive but perhaps not? Is public transport the way to go?

The train (RER/métro) will cost just over 10€ and take about 55 minutes.

A taxi will cost about 30€-35€ and take about 40 minutes.
