By train you have RER C which would take you to a stop opposite the Louvre (Musee d'Orsay stop) but you must take a 'navette' free bus link from terminals to the dumpy RER C station a mile north of airport. Or you can take OrlyVal- a more expensive link but quicker and leave right from terminals. OrlyVal is a monorail-type train that goes to RER line B at Antony and then change for Louvre metro at Chatelet - either way may be less preferable than buses which i think serve Invalides former air terminal which is quite near the Louvre as well.

Orlybus will take you to Denfert-Rochereau for 5.80€, where you can get RER B to Châtelet. From there, you can walk, taxi, or Métro to your hotel.
