Only two weeks to travel!!!!!
My friend and I are flying into London in two weeks. We have no real plans yet. We would like to spend approx. 4 days in 3 countries in Europe. DO you have any suggestions on which would be the most ideal to see in 3-4 days or something we HAVE to see before leaving?? I have a few countries that I like but I need to narrow down the list...Belgium, Czech Republic, France, Switzerland, Austria, Netherlands,...which ones??? And whats the best methos of travel???

Drop the idea that you HAVE to see anything. What you need to do is have a good time.
London is an expensive city, so you need to get a plan fast.
You can easily visit Amsterdam, Belgium and Paris by train from London. So why don't you do that?
4 days London, 3 days Amsterdam, 3 days Belgium (Antwerp and Bruges), 4 days Paris.

With only 14 days, I would pick 3 places. Are you planning to spend any time in London or leave immediately when you land?
If yes, London, Amsterdam, and Paris would make a logical itinerary. You can fly or take the train either one.

First of all - in 2 weeks you can do 3 or at the most 4 CITIES - not countries - and London would be one of those.
The best method of travel depends on where you're going. (Obviously if you're going from London to Prague flying is the only choice. Unfortunately cheap fares usually need to be bought far in advance. If you want to go to Paris train is best - but again - the better fares are available only in advance. By doing no planning in advance you will have created an extremely expensive vacation.)
A basic trip would be London, Paris and Amsterdam with travel between by train. IF this is what you want to do you need to get to work ASAP on hotels, than transit between cities. Buy a couple of good guide books and begin reading ASAP.
Without knowing you it's hard to make any sensible recos as to what to do - interests? ages? gender? budget (a lot I hope at this point)!
