Just to clarify - Mala Strana is not the Old Town of Prague, that's on the other side of the river and is Stare Mesto in Czech. Perhaps Cheribob didn't mean Old Town with capital letters, but that could be confusing.

The Old New Synagogue in Prague dates to at least 1270.
