Ramiro is wonderful and so many of us have recommended it here; I would go there, for starters, but call first to make sure they have octopus on their menu.
What kind of octopus dish?
There are a few recommendations on local food blogs but I would not know how reliable those are.

Yes, the recent reviews here of Ramiro have definitely been mixed (including mine!!) and also on Hungry Onion, plus Ramiro is crustaceans only.
For octopus in Lisbon, or "Polvo assado à Lagareiro", you could make your way to Adegas das Gravatas, where the male patrons leave one of their ties to hang from the ceiling as Fodorite Niki knows, who once participated in the "Lisbon Dining Club" with former poster lobo mau. I haven't been there yet, but I have it on my list. I wish lobo mau were still posting here. Adegas Das Gravatas is super authentic.
