November Honeymoon
My fiance and I are planning our honeymoon. We potentially have 3 weeks to play with beginning the first week of November and had originally been thinking of traveling up the Dalmatian Coast from Dubrovnik, crossing over to Venice, and then doing the Le Marche region. However, we are reconsidering the Dalmatian Coast out of concern that the weather will be too cold in early November and that most of the island towns will be boarded up at that time of year.
We are now thinking about focusing entirely on Italy. Among the areas we were thinking about doing are: Amalfi Coast/Sicily/Le Marche/Venice, but I am open to other recommendations (we've both done Florence and Rome and would like to focus on some areas we have not yet been to). I would welcome recommendations for areas that would be good weather-wise in November, and also suggested itineraries for a honeymoon of approximately 3 weeks. Thanks very much for any and all recommendations!

November is not the ideal time for the Amalfi Coast. The weather may be OK - but it may also be chilly and rainy. And places (hotels, restaurants) and services (ferries etc) will have started to shut down or downsize for the season.
I think the only beach resorts that may still be operable that time of year are southern Spain (still not swimming weather - but golf/tennis are OK) and Crete.

If you are determined to make it Europe and want good weather then you need to head seriously south.
Cyprus is known as a year round destination, in November it will be nice and warm (not hot though) and you can still swim in the sea early in the month.

Having just returned from a week in Italy and 3 days in Croatia I still vote Croatia. If just for the beauty of it all. True, you may not have the same luxury of many choices of travel up the coast but you could select a couple of spots and do day or 2 day ventures out to other places. It is all so fresh and calm and peaceful and beautiful! You can still get to islands and do things and true some hotels might be closed but there are sobes you could rent from and you can speak to those folks about food. THink of Trogir (near Split) and Dubrovnik and can still do some trips to the south from there - like montenegro. One site reports the following seasonal activities in November: November
Both Zagreb and Dubrovnik have lively cultural scenes with a full range of classical and pop concerts
