Not Travel Related - Need Emergency Stain Removal Help!!
I just swiped the sleeve of my favorite light blue sweater across a RED inkpad
I am stuck at work for at least another hour and a half. Is there ANYTHING I can do to prevent it from setting? I know not to rub it into the fibers... can I blot?

Take isopropyl alcohol (rubbing alcohol) and get a paper towel drenching with it. Take the sweater off (if you can) and lay it flat, press the wet paper towel on it. You will have to keep putting fresh towel/alcohol on it, and it will take much of it off. when you are all done, take ice cold water next and repeat the process. but just lay it on and press it. DO NOT RUB or move the paper towel around.

If you can then let the sleeve just sit in the ice water for a while after doing the alcohol thing, you should be good to go.
In other news: I had a lunch meeting today and basically bathed my shirt in red curry. I think it was due to the notebooks on the table, the notes being taken, etc. . . anyways, since our office is located in a very large mansion (inhabitants and all), I just came home and popped the sweater in the laundry and put on a sweatshirt we have lying around. However, I just pulled the sweater out and, lo and behold, it smells JUST LIKE MY BOSS! Weird.
