I meant not fade away. I love seeing those pictures Weisser Tee. Your Grandfather fought a lot of battles.
The National Cemetery I volunteer at has been doing unclaimed remains of Vets. We had one yesterday and there was a vet that served in WW1. We had an earlier service for 28 this past summer and one was a WW1 and a WW11 vet. The remains had been left as there were no families that claimed them and there has been a real effort for proper burial.
