I am looking for a moderately priced apartment or villa on the island of Santorini for this upcoming May. One of the key elements I'm looking for , aside from price, is a totally private balcony or veranda. I prefer to sunbathe in the nude and want to avoid the public. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

You'll have some difficulty finding that level of privacy, I'm afraid, especially on a tight budget. There are some inexpensive places near Oia at Baxedes, and the beaches there are almost completely empty in May. Check these out:

Tymatt - Perhaps including a picture of yourself sunbathing might get you some decent results. God knows the thread title you chose won't accomplish squat.

My suggestion is to go to a totally different island --= maybe one in the Northwest aegean that's difficult to get to. Anybody who claims to want to 'avoid the public' yet insists on a 'moderately priced' villa on Santorini has got to be a troll.
