MY HUSBAND AND I TOOK NO JET-LAG IN MAY GOING AND COMMING FROM IRELAND. IT DOES NOT MAKE YOU SLEEPY BUT IT DOESN'T KEEP YOU AWAKE EITHER. WE NOTICED THAT WE DIDN'T FEEL TIRED OR SLUGGISH WHEN WE GOT OFF THE PLANE.<BR>Sorry I didn't notice I had my caps on. <BR>They taste like sugar pills. You take one at take off then every 2-3 hours and when you land. Worked for us.<BR>Diane

I think chamomile is a relaxant. We've always used melatonin and slept on the plane. The Argonne lab site may still have the diet listed to use before going to overcome jet lag. We've always tried to stay up at the destination until an early evening turn in to bed; however, I have a friend who is related to a pilot and he recommends taking a 1 hour afternoon nap and then continuing. This last time we did that and even though it is hard to arise once you go to sleep, it did work wonderfully well with no continuing sleepy feeling. M.

We used the No Jetlag pills flying from Australia to Rome and back. Seemed to work on the way over but not on the way back, so who knows? On the way over we drank more water so that would have helped. I read that deydration is a major cause of jetlag. You do have to take tablets every couple of hours so you have to be awake to take them. <BR>Kay

I saw these pills today at my pharmacy and asked the pharmacist about them. He gave them to his daughter to take on her honeymoon trip. So either they are safe or he wanted to knock her out on her honeymoon!LOL...they were all herbs like chamomile so as long as you aren't allergic to that, they might be good.

Another fan (two!)... been using this product last 4-5 trips, alleviates 'disorientation' feeling for us (nothing really makes up for lack of sleep). No side effects, easy to use, maybe it's all mental, whatever, we feel better upon arrival. Don't sleep when you arrive, get out in fresh air and walk, walk, walk. Go to bed around 8 or 9pm, next day you'll wake up early.

I don't know anything baout these pills but whatever it is and howevr much it costs, there are much cheaper and more effective solutions. For instance, don't play all the games and watch all the movies on the plane, rather, sleep when its the right time to sleep and when you arrive you will be refreshed and rested (well at least enough for the first day then you can catch up on sleep that night).<BR><BR>However, if you arrive at night and wish to be able to go to sleep upon arrival then by all means play the games and watch all the movies and stay awake in the plane.

Love it, love it, love it and won't travel without it! It works for me and my husband. We use it on every single long distance travel we take. I think it is the next best thing to sliced bread! When we arrive at our destination I do not feel tired, nor do I feel disoriented or have a headache. Ogf corse sleeping onthe plane helps as well. It is all herbal, does not contain Melatonin and it is not a sleeping pill nor is it an "awake pill". Just follow the directions of taking it every 2 hours (except when you are asleep). It is great! Shar
