Night train Florence to Sorrento
Any advice on taking a night train from Florence to Sorrento? How do you book it? We are traveling with 2 teenagers so we would like a private cabin. Do you think it would be fun?
Thanks for any advice on this subject.

Seaching the timetable on www.bahn.de from Florence to Naples, only two trains may make very marginal sense.
One requires a switch in Pisa at 2am, another Caserta at 5am. Neither would be "fun".
It's only about 3.5 hours by the fastest day train to Naples, where you switch to the regional Circumvesuvian train to Sorrento.

It doesn't really make sense to me. Like the previous poster said, it's three and a half hours from Florence to Naples. The Circumvesuviana is a "locale" or local commute type train. It's about a little more than an hour (depend on the stops your train makes) to Sorrento from Naples.
