Is anyone familiar with the new entry requirements for Europe starting in 2021.

Nobody is familiar with it as it hasn't yet been implemented, but generally speaking ETIAS is similar to US ESTA or Australian ETA scheme. Basically, those eligible for visa-waiver have to obtain clearance online before travelling, for which you pay a fee.

It is for the Schengen zone, not all of Europe. Easy to apply for for those who do not need a full Schengen visa, and is similar to the ESTA for the US, but cheaper and valid for longer.
