Try Marlborough House www.marlbhouse.co.uk
It's just off the Wolvercote/Woodstock roundabout in north Oxford so convenient for getting to(central Oxford is no place for cars)
Another option is College House. It's about a mile or so south of Marlbourgh House and prices are a little cheaper. Also have a look at Cotswold House www.cotswoldhouse.co.uk
I can personally recommend Marlbough House but have only passed by the others.

We stayed in Woodstock, which was a pleasant village a few miles away. Blenheim Palace was adjacent to the village. Our B&B was on the outskirts of the village in a more generic housing development; it was fine, but lacked the charm of more typical B&Bs in the older sections of the village. I can try to dig up the name if you don't get stronger recommendations (it was moderately priced).
