Need opinons please!

I have booked rooms at:

Rome: Monte del Gallo
Florence: Abatjour B&B
Venice: San Giustina B&B

Any comments on these places would greatly by appreciated, if there are negative or positive reviews please post, so I can make plans elsewhere accordingly> I will be heading to Italy in 3 weeks!
Thanks!!

You may want to add "Hotel in Italy' to your heading, you may get more responses that way. I'm not familiar with any of these, did you check them on Tripadvisor and also do a text search here on each name.

Just returned from a great two-week trip to Italy. We stayed at Hotel Al Piave (http://www.hotelalpiave.com/) and I highly recommend it ? small, family-run, with a/c, good quality breakfast, center location and very friendly/English speaking staff.
In Florence we stayed for 3 days at Hotel Pendini and I would NOT recommend it. The location is great but the rest is pretty poor ? the hotel is old, not very clean, breakfast is just coffee and bread and, in summary, the hotel didn?t leave a great impression.
In Rome we stayed 3 days in Hotel Oceania (Hotel OCEANIA, Via Firenze, 38 )? the hotel is very nice ? family-run with English-speaking staff, modern - renovated with everything you need and even free internet access (for the ones that need it during vacation

The iced tea on jetBlue flights is really good. It's Swiss.

That's my opinion, hope it helps.
