need hotel in San Gimiganano.

We are going to Italy in three weeks..everything has been planned for a long time except for Tuscany. Now all the good hotels are booked. Can anyone suggest a decent hotel in San Gimi.?

Try the Hotel Sovestro:

It's where I stayed when I also booked late and quite liked it. It gets good reviews at www.tripadvisor.com, but be aware that it's 1.8 km outside San Gimignano.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Palazzo al Torrione. Our room had a nice terrace and was very well appointed. It is centrally located and for an small fee they included parking. We followed The hotel owner to a private parking spot nearby and then they drove us back to the property with our luggage to drop us off.

When we left they took us and our luggage back to our car. The parking spot was approx 8-10 minute walk from the property.

We felt we got very good value for our money. The website is:

To confuse matters, we stayed 3 nights at Antico Pozzo - loved it! I'd stay there again in a heartbeat. www.anticopozzo.com
