Need help with Paris train to Brussels

Need to reserve and/or purchase train ticket from Paris to Brussels for next week.
I cant remember if last time Iwe went with SNCF (TGV) or with THAYLS ?? since we just went to station and purchased the tickets.

Where would be the best site to use to purchase the tickets SNCF?? and what line is it, are there two TGV lines going??

All help appreciated.

The trains are Thalys, you can book at either www.thalys.com or www.tgv-Europe.com.

You end up on the same system, same prices, so it doesn't really matter, but fewer Machiavellian redirects to Rail Europe to cope with at Thalys.com

They never have two competing train lines running right next to each other.

Man in 61 would know. We took this trip in November (booked with TGV). Be clear on which Brussels station you are ending up at and what connections you need once there.

The Thalys only stops at Brussels Midi/Zuid. You can buy an ABS ticket if you are traveling on to another city in Belgium. Or the other Brussels stations are reachable via metro.

Thanks for the advice, since I am not sure exactly when we are leaving Paris, I may just risk buying a ticket at the station?? They have trains every hour, so how full can they be.

Good or bad move?
