What's your budget? And when are you going?

We spent 2 weeks at the HI Mayfair, and we loved it. The hotel is very clean, the room was a good size, and the staff was friendly and efficient. You can't beat the location at the corner of Piccadilly and Berkeley; easy walking to shopping, restaurants, theatres, parks. We had a room overlooking Green Park.

Mayfair is nicer and more central than Euston
