Need Brands Hatch info

I am thinking about getting my husband a racing experience at Brands Hatch. Has anyone done this? I'd love some information.

Try searching on google.com using "brands hatch racing experience"

I tried and it came up with several options. I bought this for my mother several years ago and she had a great time. We used 'Red Letter Days'.

I did one with the Nigel Mansell Racing School. You get about 10 laps in a high-powered BMW to begin with, then the instructor takes you out in the BMW around the circuit at about 80-100mph - wheels screeching, everything! Then you're into the single seater, and although you're limited to only using 3rd and 4th gear, you're still doing about 60 mph but only sitting a couple of inches off the ground. It was brilliant fun!

There is - as I recall - a short ride available in a two seater sports car, which is also pretty fast.

Of course, if money is no object, then the Arrows and McLaren F1 teams offer rides with their test drivers in twin seaters at Silverstone - but you really have to be prepared to splash the cash on that one!

I've searched and searched the net for information and found just basic descriptions. I want a blow-by-blow if anyone has done this at Brands Hatch.

Keith, I found the F1 experience - $1,200, which is a bit out of my league. Sounded great though. I'm sure the experience I bought will be like yours at Nigel Mansell.
