Need avice on London VRBO alternatives

Greetings - Can you London experts offer advice on the relative merits of these two locations? They are both about the same price and both are available during our stay in early June. We are a family of four with a boy 12 and a girl 15. This is our first London visit. Many thanks!

You certainly could not go wrong w/ either of these. One is very near Trafalgar square and Charing Cross. The other is very near all of the southbank venues/the Eye and Waterloo.

W/ a family I might go for the south bank one simply because it has a terrace. But honestly, both are terrific locations.

Thank you janisj - I'm afraid that I posted the wrong link. One owner has several listings and I picked up the wrong one. The actual choices are:

http://www.vrbo.com/110276 on the South Bank

The 2nd one has 2 baths which might be important to you but the first has satellite TV which might be important for the kids in the evenings.

Satellite or no satellite, I'd definitely avoid the new one you posted.

It says "Notting Hill" but it isn't. It is out just beyond Westborne Park on the edge of Kensal Town.

The southbank flat is a much, MUCH more close in/convenient location.

Thanks janisj - That's the info I was looking for. I'd rather they read a book anyway! - Many thanks and more questions later.
