Need advice on best knee scooter to use while in Rome

My sister and I have paid for plane tickets and apartment in Rome and our plane leaves on October 15th. We will stay for 2 weeks. However, 2 weeks ago she broke her ankle. We are looking for advice on what is the best broken leg scooter for navigating those cobblestone streets! Need solid scooter with shock absorber? Any advice will be so welcomed! We have searched and searched. She is 63 years old and her height is 5'2". I will be 70 by then. Thank you for any advice! If you can recommend a specific brand and scooter, that will be great!

Oh, dear. I wouldn’t want to use a knee scooter in Rome period. I wish you luck! I hope you’ve double checked that your apartment is accessible? And budgeted extra for taxis?

A client of mine a while back had an all terrain one. I think it’s this one. I was impressed. Obviously I didn’t use it injured, but my mother’s walker has wheels like this and it makes
uneven surfaces so much easier to walk on.
