Nari, I had the same concern as I have an early flight from Venice when I stay there soon (7.10am), but I'm still staying 'in town'. The airport's website has info and links on getting to the airport on time. Hope this helps. http://www.veniceairport.it/?lan=en

Nari there is a hotel in Tessera at the airport called the Fly I think. If you do a text search for Tessera you shoud find at least 2 threads that mention it (I helped someone else this morning). I personally think I'd rather stay in town & either take a water taxi & splurge or stay the last night near P Roma where there's a land bus that charges about 3e/person & takes 20 mins. I think the first bus is at 5am the last time I looked on the schedule.

Thank you Rex for quick reply. I think I'll stay in P.Roma and take the land bus to the Airport. Do you have any suggestions for B&B or hotels that are less than 100 euros per night???
