I don't get it; just why were you in the corner with your back toward everyone? Isn't that a ted strange and toward the rude end of th4e scale?

I thought Dobby had flown into Manchester, so he would be within half hour of there. I knew someone who grew up in village near Chester and the accent comments might fit, closer to the Welsh borders the better?

I left an update a few days ago but someone flagged it. Don't know what their problem was. I only told what had happened with a group of drunks in a pub, and also what I went through involving a father and two 10 year old girls at a country club. Too many haterz on here.

Silly child, you have it backwards. Your pub write up was rude and weird, no wonder it's gone. Done anything interesting in your time abroad besides a complaint here, a complaint there? Where is the travel?

Dobby, there are many of us genuinely interested in what you are doing and where you have been. Probably the reason this thread was moved to "The Lounge" is that none of your posts have been travel related. I read the deleted post, thought it was rather amusing, and can't imagine why it was removed. At least you got out to the pub and had a memorable experience.

I once listened to the Howard Stern radio show to see why he was so popular. I absolutly could not stand to listen to the garbage coming out of my radio speakers. Then I read a survey that stated that most of his listeners hated his show!! Huh? So I listened again, for about 4 minutes.

well, i missed it too, but judging by this snippet, it's not that much of a mystery why it got pulled.
Dobby - apart from strange encounters in pubs and upsetting the neighbours, is there ANYTHING you can tell us about your travels which is fit to print?

Annhig, don't let your imagination run away with you! From what I recall of the post Dobby did nothing inappropriate, unless it was a private country club and he came uninvited. It was probably what one of the drunks in the pub did that got the post removed. I thought it was funny, and was surprised that the post was deleted. Obviously someone doesn't have a sense of humour. ;-)
