My parents like decaf coffee

I'm taking my parents to Paris and various cities in Italy (I"ve been to both before). Do they serve decaf coffee in either country and how would you ask for it?

In Italy you can order by it's major brand name: Cafe Hag. (Hag is pronounced AHg.)

In our latest trip to France, we never encountered a restaurant or café where brewed decaf was not available. What a change from the old days!
