One note: use Lucerne or you won't find any info
You still have plenty of time to read a couple of good guide books (even if on the plane) - and may want to start with the destination section above.
You are giving VERY shot shrift to Paris - I assume you know this - in one full day and two half days you will only get to see 3 or 4 of the dozens of major sights. Whatever you do, allow time to just relax. Take a break in the afternoon: sit in a charming sidewalk cafe in a busy area and just watch the very interesting world go by for an hour or two. This will help you appreciate a european lifestyle - less rushing, shorter working hours and time to relax/refresh.
As for what to see and do - without knowing you (and your companion's?) interests it hard to make specific recos.
I believe the Jungfrau is well worth it (but don't know your budget) - but you must go a on a day which is clear at the top (the top is often wreathed in clouds and you can see nothing). And a clear day in the valley has nothing to do with weather at the top - check at the train station before you start up to see if the top if clear (we had to wait for 3 days in Interlaken before we got a day clear at the top - naturally seeing other towns and lakes in the area).
Assume you are traveling by train - have you looked at the various Swiss train passes?
As for hotels - what is your specific budget in francs and for how many people? Without that useful recos are not possible.

Skip Amsterdam for this trip. Squeezing it in will rush everything.
I'm going against popular opinion by saying the trip to the Jungfraujoch is not worth it. Yes, it is spectacular when the weather is clear but it takes about 4 hours round-trip on a packed train and will cost you about $150 per person. Although I am glad I did it - once - I personally would have had more enjoyment spending those 4 hours on a good hike.

Hi
Dépends how Young you are and if you are reasonably sure you can go back soon.
If you have a one chance to go to Europe, keep it like that, it will be rushed but some like it (I did it myself when younger).
If you have time later, I'd skip Paris and put the days into Switzerland, or I'd skip Amsterdam and put the days into Paris.
If not, keep it as is, it will be rushed but will give a taste of it and you'll come back to Paris faster than you think.
