Munich to Frankfurt

We'll be driving from Salzburg(Austria) to Munich - spending 2 nights in Munich - then on to Stuttgart for one night (need suggestions for accomodation in or around Stuttgart)then on to Frankfurt for 2 nights. Have accomodations already in both Munich and Frankfurt. Any suggestions of places to see along the way(Augsburg, Ulm, Pforzheim, Karlsruhe, Mannheim, Mainz, and Weisbaden) in addition to Munich and Frankfurt?? We welcome any and all suggestions. Thanks

Gee, Wayne, perhaps you can enlighten the rest of us about what the key identification markers of a troll post are? Personally I thought this one was a lot more reasonable than the recent one about "where can I go to buy cute and unusual items in London?"

hi there,
what kind of acco do YOu looking for, how much should it cost? Downtown or outside? Do You have a car?
Places alont the way, depends a little what You are interessted in? Mannheim and Pforzheim are not a hit when looking on the city, those were bombed down during WWII. Ulm is nice with its Muenster (highest churchtower in the world, YOu can climb on). Karlsruhe is a nice town for shopping, famous baroque castle. Augsburg hast nice old houses. If You are in old towns, perhaps it is Noerdlingen You should stop. If You are on tourist points, take a break at Heidelberg.
have fun
