Moscow hotels. .?
The threads on the same topic are a couple of years ago, I would
appreciate a more recent info. if you have it.
I have the visa and flights booked for July. I am .o.k. for stay in St.
Petersburg, bit I am having a problem deciding on a hotel in Moscow.
Walking to attraction 15-20 min is not a problem for me.
I am traveling alone, I prefer a good hotel and a good size room.
( breakfast not important)
The price range : about. $250 ( Canadian) , $200 ( US).
Some hotels like Peter I, have a good rate and location ,but bad reviews..
Any suggestions ??
Thanks.

Hotel Savoy. You can get a Classic double room for
$194.00. Just a few blocks from Kremlin. We are staying there in September. I believe fee includes breakfast.

We stayed at the Petroff Palace, through booking.com I see the rooms are $150 CAD per night in July. The place was amazing!!! and the buffet breakfast was more than enough. It was not downtown , but close to the metro and only a few stops away. This used to be the stopping off palace for Catherine the Great. It was one of the highlights of our trip to Russia staying at this hotel.
