Milan Hotel, B&B, or Apt recommendation

2 couples, 4 adults, will be in Milan for 2 nights October 23 -25, 2009. We need recommendations for a small boutique hotel, B&B, or apt for about USD 150.00/room/night. Prefer central location or your recommendation that is easily accessible to all the sights without a lot of intracity travel/map reading.

That budget could be a challenge in Milan which is known for higher hotel rates.

Try the Hotel Berna (and keep in mind breakfast is included):

We stayed at Hotel Genius Downtown. Very good location, in a safe, clean and central area: 2 mintes walk from Cadorna train station (so very good to travel to/from airport or by train), 3 minutes walk to Castelo Sforzesco, 10 minutes walk to Scala / Duomo.

Clean rooms, good breakfest.
We booked via this

It is true that we had there a small incident, as they gave us a single room instead a double room, but it was solved. Our friend, traveling with us, had no this problem.
