metro vs. buses in rome

I would have to agree with Zerlina's comments on taking the #8 tram to Largo Argentina or the H bus to Termini. These two routes will take you the connections (be they bus or metro) you want to go to get almost anywhere. My first choice is the metro as it's usually quicker... Hi guys!
Thanks for all your helpful advice. We've been to Rome and back, and it was an amazing experience. The transport system worked impressively. Our apartment was a 10 minute walk from the city centre so that was never a problem. And at the end of the day when we were just that bit too tired from the enjoyments of the day we caught the no.8 tram. We bought the Roma pass, which worked out really well. And since the temperature was 35-37C everyday Rome's many drinking water fountains were much welcomed by all people.
