I have a big dilemma I need help with. I only have a few days in Greece and since we dont have more days we need to choose between doing the meteora tour or visiting another greek island. We are currently going to spend 3 day in Mykonos, but we cannot just decide if Santorini or Meteora but we cannot do both. We are traveling in september and we are concern of all the driving. PLEASE HELP!!

Meteora is well worth it but the distances involved in your proposed itinerary doesn't make it justified. Given the short time span I would stick to the islands.

These are very different destinations.

It is not clear what is the issue here.
It is possible that you simply don't have enough nights.
It is also possible you have framed something else you are doing in Greece where you have placed an unnecessary box around it.
You have brought up "all that driving", but you have not articulated what "all that driving" refers to. Driving to Meteora? Driving elsewhere plus Meteora?

Just how many NIGHTS are you spending in Greece anyway?

There are bus tours from Athens to Meteora with http://www.chatours.gr/tours.php?exc=11 and other tour companies. It would be better to do it on your own, but at least someone else will be doing the driving on a tour.

Santorini and Meteora are both unique, so if I were going for the first time I'm not sure which I would choose. For sure I would choose Santorini over Mykonos, though.

I would choose Santorini over Meteora. Although it depends on what kind of vacation you are looking for.
