About my trousers/pants/slacks in the "new generation microfiber" -- I checked and they actually say 50% viscose and 50% polyester. Regardless of what others may say, I'm a real sweater and I haven't sweated a bit in these, although I sure have in the light weight silk ones I brought along for dress. So maybe I was wrong to call these microfiber, but they sure are great.
