memorable Restaurants near Mabillon metro stop Paris

We will be staying at the Hotel Madison near the Mabillon metro stop for a week in March. I have been trying to find memorable places to eat (lunch and dinner) fairly close by. Doesn't have to be spectacular I have found

Chez Fernard

Le Christine

Le Machon d"Henri

La Jacobin

Ferrandise

La Maison du Jardin

Any comments/suggestions about these or others in the area? thx.

I'm not sure how you define "memorable" but my favorite restaurant in Paris is steps away -

Le Bonaparte is also a favorite of many other Fodorites.

Two more famous bistros are steps away as well -
Cafe de Flore and Les Deux Magots

But Le Bonaparte was my first stop on my first trip to Paris and it's always my first and last on every trip since. For the past two Aprils, I've met up with another Fodorite on the afternoon of my arrival.

We also at at Le Bistrot d'Henri, one of theflock's favorites in Paris -

We found a small and charming seafood restaurant last year, Seulement Sea, thatis a short distance from your hotel. It’s very low-keyed, but the food was good and the service impeccable.

We love le Madison. We like Fish, Semilla, Freddy's, L'Avant Comptoir du Marché and La Ferrandaise in that area.

Haven't been for a few years, but very much enjoyed our meals at Chez Fernand on a few occasions.

Also if you are on Ile St. Louis.....Not that far, we’ve walked it many times. My personal favorite small restaurant, I was just there in Nov. for probably the 8+ time.
