After reading this post, then reading the 4+ page tiny print notice from MBNA about all their changes, think I will dump those cards! But not the LL Bean one, which I use just for them. I also have the AAA card. In the past those 2 cards only charged the 1% visa charge, whereas some of the other MBNA card charged more. Maybe it would be a good idea to check with Bean and AAA. I also hate Bank of America! I expect Capital One will soon go the route of the others, so maybe I'll get a USAA card to use overseas.
