Huh? Why are you going to Frankfurt? Is that where you're flying out of?
To be really blunt, it doesn't make a lot of difference what sites you go see since it will probably all be a blur anyway. How are you traveling? Train or car? Fly between some of these places? You have a week total? Did you want to see some of Germany too?
This sounds too strange to be a possibility, but on the odd chance that you are serious and you can't change your flights, I suggest Krakow, Brugges, and Paris. Two to three days in each of those towns will gave you a vague idea of what they are like.

Do you hasve 6 or 7 days total? If so - this plan is madness. You need to choose one country - pick a major city and add a couple of day trips to the countryside. Otherwise your entire trip would be spend in trains or at airports.
Even if you have two full weeks - you could do France/Belgium and see severl athings - or do Poland with something else - a guess Paris if you fly between the two.
