I'm glad that you enjoyed Marseille, Julie. I am already planning when I can return out of tourist season.

Bouillabaisse is rarely eaten during the summer, although it is always available for tourists.

cigalechanta, Yes, I had bouilliabaisse but at Miramar rather than Fonfon. It was easier for us to get to. We loved it.
I would love to meet up again in Paris.

kerouac, I can understand why bouilliabaisse is not eaten by locals in summer. It is pretty hot and hearty but "when the going gets tough, the tough get going." What I won't do for food!!
