Easiest way:
ferry from Ciudadela to Alcudia, bus from Alcudia to Palma, sleep at Palma, ferry from Palma to Ibiza (up to 3 daily ferries between Palma and Ibiza, all leaving in the morning).
Companies: Balearia and Trasmediterranea.
Alternative:
afternoon ferry from Mao to Barcelona plus overnight ferry from Barcelona to Ibiza (daily)
ferry from Ciudadela to Alcudia, bus from Alcudia to Palma, sleep at Palma, ferry from Palma to Ibiza (up to 3 daily ferries between Palma and Ibiza, all leaving in the morning).
Companies: Balearia and Trasmediterranea.
