map showing a 1-km range
Somebody has created a map to show how far you can go from any given point in France during this period of confinement. Currently that is 1 kilometer.

I tried it out with one street I know well in the hexagon, just to see. It also worked when I put in the capital of Mayotte, which turns out to be Mahmoudzou. This can potentially offer hours of fun for simple souls like me.

It is one kilometer for exercise but it can be a greater distance for other purposes (doctors, family emergency, government appointment…). They have not made it clear how far you can go for groceries, but I am planning to go to my Leclerc supermarket at Rosa Parks on Monday, which is 1.8 km from my place, keeping in mind there are 8 other supermarkets within 500 meters of my apartment and two that are within 100 meters. If stopped, I will tell them that I had to go there because it is the end of the month and I am indigent so I need to use the amount I have collected on my loyalty account. I hope it doesn't cost me 135 euros.
I can get there (and back) in no more than 5 minutes by bus, not counting the waiting time for reduced service. I read that a couple days ago someone was fined for sitting on an outdoor bench across from a laundromat while waiting for the machine to finish.
