This information can only be provided by KLM. Most airlines have on their website a table with latest check-in times. Usually, for intra-European flights, you must check-in 30min before departure, sometimes, esp. with baggage, 45min before departure.
The check-in counter usually opens 90min, sometimes 120min before departure.
BTW, 6:15 is not "extremely early". It is rush hour for business people with a meeting at 9:00 at their final destination. The airport may be very crowded at this time.
To be on the safe side, it might be a good idea to be at 5:00 at the check-in counter.

It will be very hard to stay overnight at the airport. It is not very big and does not have many facilities.
And since they are flights only between 6:00 and 22:00, most facilities will be closed at night.
I would stay in a hotel. Even a few hours of sleep are better than nothing.
