Made It To The Douro!

Loved Lisbon (nice emergency room where I spent a quality few hours). Great food evetywhere.

Sintra, as magical and crowded as I expected

Really enjoyed Tomar and Coimbra, although their students need muzzles at night.

So many great meals that I might sink our Rabelo boat when I climb aboard.

just arrived at Quinta de la Rosa (photo from reception below). Would post more but its Douro Happy Hour.

Glad to hear you’ve survived and made it to the Douro! Leave it to you to include the ER in your travels!

I think you need to do a trip report on the ERs you’ve had the “pleasure” of visiting.

Stay well and enjoy the rest of your trip!

I agree with Progol. Maybe a comparison of the different health systems!

How many Pasteis de Nata (egg tarts) did you consume?
I stopped counting when I hit #6 in one day.

Loved Portugal, Cascais was our favorite town.
I’ll be watching for the rest of your report.

Thought I'd give you a little look a-head at one of the photos of the upcoming Trip Report. Portugal was unlike any country we visited and we all have ideas on our different impressions of the country and each city we visited and the sights we saw. Gotta finish Glasgow first, however.

Ouch! What happened to your head? I thought you were done with European ER visits.
Hope you healed up fast!

Have you kept all those ER wristbands from all over the world?
you must have quite a bracelet by now.

Oh dear. That doesn’t look like a fun activity. I hope you have a good story out of this, at least!

Really looking forward to your Trip Reports! They are always colorful and real. I love how you "call it like you see it"

Hope you enjoyed every minute - outside of the ER
