Rex - you're wrong old boy. Off the bone worries don't exist anymore. Insist on having your meat on the bone - otherwise the flavour will be reduced.

Anyway, Italy, has been amongst the less concerned countries. I believe there has been a handful of mad cows, there, and zero human cases.

as per previuos post a recent well done research article finds no correlation between mad cow and the human form of the disease. the prion was even different. eat beef no sweat
