The Yankee has a packing service, I don't ~

I am anticipating that the venerable m_kingdom's report, eccentricities hopefully included, will give us mere mortals something to aspire to.

My cases have been packed, they are ready for my driver from Aircars2000. I will be posting a report - the focus will be on hotels/restaurants/shops as I feel others have covered the attractions such as galleries in great depth. However, anything I feel worth pointing out I will point out!

I'm afraid I'll be vanishing for nine nights from tomorrow. Barcelona for five nights, then Bilbao for four.

The Guggenheim Museum I hope. The museum food was very good at lunch time. At night,
we did the round of tapas bars.

The Guggenheim will be the first place I see in Bilbao, I note it is open until 8pm so I can spend an entire day there if I so wish.

If you feel the need for a day trip from Bilbao, then consider San Sebastian. I have just discovered it and I simply adore it!

I am SO disappointed! I am going to miss M_Kingdom in Barcelona by just a week! It would have been such fun to have a glass of the bubbly together! The BEST cava, of course!

Just kidding . . . I hope you have a wonderful trip and tell us all about it when you return! And, I will reciprocate with a trip report of my own!
