I'd say have an historic lunch after Pompeii and before the museum, it's only fitting . And pizza was invented in Naples after all.
Pizzeria Brandi is ~800m south of the museum ('Salita S. Anna Pallazzo #1' off Via S. Chiana).
It's where the Margherita Pizza was invented in 1889.
And it's had some famous patrons.
Pavarotti, Isabella Rossellini, Gerard Depardieu, Chelsea Clinton, and President Clinton.
I was there last March for lunch. It's just a neighborhood pizza place, so nothing fancy.
My Margherita pizza and a coke cost ~5e. Regards, Walter
