Luggage Storage in Florence
Does anyone know if there is a place where we can store our luggage, for the day, in the Florence train or bus station? We will be changing trains in Florence and wanted to visit a few of our favorite sites while there.
Thanks for any help

I have researched this because we are doing the same. YES, they do have a "luggage depot" at SMN Station. My computer crashed 8-X, so I lost all my e-mail correspondences with the guy who helped me on my queries including the Firenze Train info site

Anyway, I printed the impt stuff.
Left luggage fares (for each bag):
- Euro 3.50 for the first 5 hours
- Euro 0.30/hour from 6th to 12th hour
- Euro 0.10 for any additional hour
Hope this helps.

kellee, just be aware that by lunch time there could be a problem. All the storage lockers could be taken. The last time I was at the station there were upset travelers.
A friend of mine is head of the tourist association and she said this often happens. So maybe get the luggage there to store early morning.
